This cultivar was raised by a good friend who doesn’t like blended dahlias and said you can have it. When the tuber arrived, it was labeled as shocking seedling and the name has stuck. We quite like it’s unusual colour and it’s been great in our bunches. It’s a small dec and grows on a tall plant.
